HEPO CARE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ONLINE LIMITED (Lingqingxiang Health Technology Co., Ltd) in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is recalling its Adult Portable Bed Rails sold online at Amazon.com.
The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails because when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. In addition, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels.
The affected models were sold and distributed as follows:
If you purchased a product from Amazon.com between June 2025 through January 2026 and the model of the product you purchased matches the models of the bed rails(Model:110039) displayed on this page and falls within the scope of the affected products, you should immediately stop using these recalled bed rails and register here to obtain a refund.
Once you have completed the registration and it is confirmed that your product is within the scope of this recall, you will receive a refund.
Consumers should stop using the recalled adult portable bed rails immediately and should follow these disposal steps:
1.Remove the bed rail handle, side handle, U-shaped frame, base frame and extension tubes.
2.Write “RECALLED” on bed rail handle and U-shaped frame with a permanent marker.
3.Using scissors, cut the black fabric mesh bag off the bed rail handle and cut the white safety strap in half (if present).
4.Write the buyer’s name on a piece of paper next to the disassembled product.
5.Take a photo and send to email: [email protected]
6.Dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local requirements.
